In accordance with the provisions of the regulations relating to the determination and use of teaching staff in the following units of our University, published in the Official Gazette dated 02.11.2018 and published in the State Higher Education Theories No. 30583, regulations on the principles to be followed in language teaching, Civil Service Act No. 657- Provision of Section 48 and provision for promotion and appointment in the Faculty of Health Sciences. An application found to be unsuitable for the declared post will be deemed rejected.
The faculty staff is permanently stationed, and candidates who apply must apply online with “Balka Research Work” within 15 days from the date of publication of the announcement, as explained below.
Employees are in a permanent position, and as explained below, applicants must apply online within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Candidates who will apply to the Doctoral Teaching Staff must apply online within 15 days from the date of publication of the announcement as per the explanation given below.
Other disclosures and important considerations attached to the application
1- Candidates will submit their application online using the University of Health Sciences Academic Information Management System (AKBYS) through https://akbys.sbu.edu.tr within 15 days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette. At the time of application, in addition to the basic scientific activities of the application, credentials and other approved documents must be clearly uploaded to the system. Applications made in person or by post / courier will not be accepted.
2- Candidates will create an application request for the post they want to be recruited after logging in to the system using the login method chosen from https://akbys.sbu.edu.tr and uploading their basic and scientific activities and others. . Information and documents on the system using the system menu. Candidates must link the candidate’s background and scientific activity file, which they will create with the application request, with the relevant staff in the open declaration through the application submission and monitoring menu, and send their application for approval with the application submission icon. (Note: Post may be withdrawn by the candidate for possible errors stating the truth during opening hours and will be sent for re-approval.) 3- In the online application, the documents uploaded in the system of the candidate will be reviewed by the concerned commission.
4- Even if the speakers are appointed against the application procedure, their appointment will be canceled and legal remedy will be applied.
5- The original or certified copy of the document approved by the Ministry of Higher Education equivalent to the diploma obtained from abroad must be attached with the required document.
6- Candidates can apply for only one post within the same declaration period which fulfills the conditions of application. Candidates applying for more than one post will have their application rejected.
7- At the request of the professors and associates, the work and procedures after the application are made by the Ministry of Personnel Department of the Rector; The work and procedures of other doctoral teaching staff will be managed by the relevant unit.
1- The faculty members appointed for the staff of our university may be employed in other domestic and foreign units of our university for two years if required.
2- Employees of the appointed university cannot request consent or resignation for another institution within two years.
3- If it deems it necessary, we have the right to cancel any position published in the declaration of the university or to change the terms of the declaration within the period of declaration.
4- Candidates who are eligible to be recruited must submit the original copy of the compulsory document which they have uploaded in the online system at the time of application, if requested.

Teaching staff will be recruited in our university units in accordance with the provisions of the Central Examination and Entrance Examination Procedures and Policies applicable to the recruitment of non-teaching staff published in the Official Gazette dated 09 November 2018. Numbered 30590.
General and special terms
1- To fulfill the conditions mentioned in paragraph 48 of the Civil Servants Act No. 657.
2- A score of at least 70 from ALES, at least 50 from the Central Foreign Language Examination adopted by the Higher Education Council, or an equivalent score from a recognized validity test is required. ALES scores are accepted as 70 in the Preliminary and Final Assessment Stages who claim to benefit from the Central Exam Exemption.
3- In the pre-assessment and final assessment stage, the qualification table of the Board of Higher Education will be used to determine the equivalence of 4th and 5th grade system used in the calculation of graduate grade of 100th grade system.
4- Candidates who will apply for the post of teaching staff must have at least a postgraduate degree with a thesis or be a graduate from a program that offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
5- To apply for the post of Research Assistant, one needs to be a graduate, doctoral or artistic skills student with a thesis. Candidates must complete post-graduate higher education.
6- Research assistant cadres will be appointed in accordance with paragraph (d) of section 50 of Act No. 2547.
9- Posts announced in Vocational High School are free from foreign language requirement.
10- For those who have completed doctorate or doctoral education in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine or industry, there is no need for central examination Currently working.
Other explanations and important issues
1- Candidates should apply in person or by post in the relevant section of this advertisement till the end of the working period of application.
2- Candidates can apply for only one post with special conditions during the same declaration period. Candidates applying for more than one post will have their application rejected.
3- Candidates will not be considered if the original or an unauthorized document is the original document or a copy of which has to be approved by the government institution.
4- Original or certified copy of the document approved by the Ministry of Higher Education equivalent to the diploma obtained from abroad should be attached with the required document.
5- Candidates who will apply for the post of teaching staff under special conditions for inclusion in the field will have to attach documents proving it with their application in accordance with the additional required conditions (certificate, course certificate, etc.).
6- Our University reserves the right to change the examination calendar and cancel the announcement at any stage. All announcements made on the web page of the university are notifications. Individuals are not given any separate written notice.
