He was born in Ankara. He completed his primary and secondary education in the Elmadag district of Ankara province and his high school education in Ankara. She completed her undergraduate education in 2000, her postgraduate education in 2003, and her doctorate in child development and education at the University of Ankara in 2007. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked in the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine, Child Abuse Research Unit, University of Ankara. In this unit, she has worked with children who are victims of neglect and abuse and children involved in crime. She contributed to the country report on the additional optional protocol of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child on child trafficking, child prostitution and child pornography. He worked as an Assistant Professor in the Gazi Education Faculty of Gazi University from 2008-2013. In 2011, he participated in the TÜBİTAK KAMAG project as a researcher, and briefly studied in the United States in the context of the OSBEP project. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2013 and Professor in 2019. UNICEF and PICTES are participating in the project as a researcher, Professor.
