The 14th Turkish-German Gynecology Congress was held with international participation in a hotel in Antalya Kundu between 28 May – 1 June, organized by TAJEV Turkish-German Gynecology Education, Research and Services Foundation. The Congress was attended by about 1,500 guests, many local and foreign professors who specialize in their field, focused on the development of gynecology. One of the topics in Congress was the new development of reproductive strategies for mothers and fathers who could not conceive.
“We have seen promising results”

Expressing his views on fetal retention in the uterus, Tavmergen said, “There is a period we call the luteal phase. During this period, a distinct approach is important. Our research also supports this. Good balance, it gives very good results in fetal adherence to the inner layer of the uterus, continuity of pregnancy and prevention of miscarriage and stillbirth.
“Very important for important cases”
Noting that there are still problems with sperm count or fertilization, Tavmergen said, “There were applications for this, but now the application of piezoelectric stimuli to an egg and sperm may increase the chances of fertilization. This can be very important in severe cases.”
“Increases pregnancy rate by 50-60 percent”
Noting that studies aimed at increasing the internal volume of the uterus and measuring the surface of the uterus have gained importance recently, Tavmergen said that using ultrasound and MRI, they have encountered T and Y shapes of the uterus. Tavmergen said: “Another problem that draws our attention to the use of ultrasound and MRI is that the uterus is T-shaped or Y-shaped. In this uterus, there is a small uterine volume. In order to prevent adherence to the inner layer of the uterus. “We are beginning to get results. We have shown in our case study that the pregnancy rate can be increased to about 50-60. Percent, ”he said.

Another problem is the immunity of the inner lining of the uterus and the acceptability of the fetus, Tavmergen said. We reveal that by researching NK cell panels and rural genes it seems like an object. If these are positive, then we use some methods to increase the gestation rate, such as applying cells obtained through monocyte culture to the inner layer of the uterus. All the research to give our patients more successful pregnancy results in the coming days. “
