Who is Dursun Uzbek?
Born in 1950 in the Sebinkarhisar district of Giresun, Dursun Aidin Uzbek graduated from Galatasaray High School and graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU).
Uzbek, a football player and manager at ITU Sports Club, entered the automotive sector in 1974. Uzbek, who has been in the tourism sector since 1988, has continued his business life as an investor and operator with hotels in Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya.
Dursun Uzbek, who served as the club’s vice-president in Galatasaray in 2014-2015 under the management of the late Yugoslavs, served as the 36th president of the yellow-red club in 2015-2018.
